You may have noticed in the marketplace that the look of AMMEX products has changed. We talked about it in an earlier post.
We understand that a change in packaging may be confusing. Some people have expressed concern that the change means a different glove.
There is no need to worry. The product, the specifications, the ordering codes—everything is the same. The only difference is in the box in which the gloves come.
Why we’re changing things
The reason for this redesign is three-fold: We are aligning our brands, simplifying packaging layouts, and making them more presentable.
This includes the change from our long-beloved GlovePlus brand to Gloveworks. GlovePlus has been retired, and all the products are now under the Gloveworks umbrella.
If you like our GPNB—GlovePlus Black Nitrile Latex-Free Disposable Gloves—you will find the exact same glove in new packaging. The only change for these sturdy, durable 5-mil industrial gloves is that the package now says “Gloveworks.”
If 4-mil latex gloves are your thing, keep on ordering GPPFT. That is now known as AMMEX Professional Ivory Latex Exam. Again, a different box—but the same great 4-mil exam gloves you are used to.
All the brands that matter
Here is the breakdown of the updated branding:
Gloveworks: This comprehensive lineup of industrial- and exam-grade gloves in nitrile, vinyl, and latex is where you will find many of our steadiest performers, including heavy-duty nitrile with raised diamond texture, heavy-duty latex, and medium-duty gloves in all materials. Colors include black, blue, orange, green, ivory, and clear. Again, this is where GlovePlus will make its home from now on.
AMMEX Professional: A range of exam-grade, light-duty gloves that protect against pathogens and contaminants. Healthcare professionals will find all their favorites here, including nitrile (ABNPF, ACNPF, AINPF, APFN), latex (GPPFT), and vinyl (VPF, VSPF, VSBPF). The colors are blue, black, indigo, clear, and ivory.
X3: These nitrile, vinyl, latex, and polyethylene industrial gloves provide dependable hand protection for countless light-duty applications. They come in black, blue, ivory, and clear.
If you place an order with AMMEX today, your gloves may come in new packaging. They may come in old packaging. You might even receive a mix of both. The gloves are the same—only the box is different.
