I’m Betsy, a Do-It-Yourself mom and co-owner of a family woodworking business. I like to say my children were born into wood dust but they made it gold. When I found out I was expecting my first child, Sarah, my husband and I had just quit our day jobs to take his home-shop business full time – I was terrified that our new family member would be born into a struggling household.
But we have been extremely fortunate to see our family business take off. Ten years later, Chad and I have had the pleasure of growing our family while expanding our business into a variety of hand-made woodworking crafts and furniture. Our biggest struggle so far has been to keep our home and shop organized so we can spend more time with our children.
Needless to say, I am obsessed with refining my cleaning and home-making techniques to be as simple and efficient is possible. I’m here to share those techniques with you! I love to write about the best ways to keep a clean home when your time is limited.
